a rent-to-own (lease option or lease purchase) home that fits your needs
in our inventory, you can let us know what you are looking for by completing our Rent-To-Own Home Needed Form. To see the homes you would be picking from, you can search all the Charlotte Homes For Sale.
Note: You must have
a minimum of 10% of the home's listing price and $1,000/month rent to put down
