Available Position: (2) Buyer Agents specializing in working with investors

Rate:  67% Commission & Sales Bonuses (Target $75K+ First Year)

Hours:  9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday, occasional weekend appointments

Brief Job Description:

Work with investor clients fulfill their real estate investment goals, with a concentration on selling investment properties to real estate investors nationally.  Duties include working with existing investor clients, continuing to build an investor list, establishing investor client relationships, showing homes, helping rent-to-own tenants find homes by using such tools as Client Gateway, and closing home sales.  We are looking for an experienced, licensed candidate with great people skills.

Requirements:

College Graduate, Active NC Real Estate License, Real Estate Experience, Sales Experience in any Industry (including real estate), Knowledge of Real Estate Investments (being able to speak the language- cash flow/equity/holding costs/etc.), Conversant with Tempo (Charlotte-area MLS system), Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Self-Motivated, Quick Learner, Excellent Phone/E-mail Skills, Likes Working with People from Diverse Backgrounds, Comfortable with New Technology, Positive Attitude, Looking for a Rewarding Career, Strong Ethics, Owner of Investment Homes is a plus
