	Property Management Fee Schedule For Traditional Leasing Services and Rent-To-Sell Services I. Traditional Leasing for Charlotte, NC Metro-Area Residential Homes, Townhouses, and Condos: Upfront Marketing Fee for Fast Placement: $99.00 You do not pay anymore until a tenant moves into your home! This includes placement of your home on the Charlotte Region MLS, Rentals.com, BDFRealty.com, and many other internet sites. Your home will receive maximum exposure! Placing a Rental Tenant: 1/2 of the first full month's rent This includes putting a sign/lockbox on the property, marketing your property, screening all potential tenants, showing the property, photography, and signing the lease. ___________________________________________________________________ Monthly Management Fee Basic Service: $100 Flat Fee This includes collecting the monthly rent, handling all communication with the tenant, coordinating repairs, and providing monthly/annual tax statements.
