Upfront Marketing Fee for Fast Placement: $150.00 (Usually $300.00- A Savings of 50%!!)

Tenant Procurement Fee: 75% of the First Month's Rent (Full Service)

Monthly Management Fee: $100 (All-Inclusive!!)
