To get started, this is a very simple process.  We need 3 things:

1.  Please fill out our Property Management Form and we will send you the Property Management Agreement we need back to start working on your home (see "#5 Sample Property Management Agreement" above to see what it looks like).

2.  Please have 3 house keys made and we will meet you at your home.  If this is not convenient, you can mail these to:

3.  A check for the upfront marketing fee of $150.00 made out to "BDF Realty, Inc." or simply pay by credit card on-line.

Once we have these items, we will immediately begin marketing your home!
