To take part in this program, it is required that you have:
a. Minimum of $3,000 to put down down (IN ADDITION to the first month’s rent)
b. Looking for a rental home with $1,000+ monthly rental rate and have the ability to move-in within 60 days
Once we receive your Buyer Prequalification Form back, we will let you know what your housing options are.
Pick five (5) homes you are interested in seeing. We will contact the owners to see if they are willing to sell their homes and for what terms. If they are, we will set up a time to see the homes that rent-to-own is available for.
Once you find a home you like, we will then get the paperwork taken care of and schedule your move-in date!
